**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Learning & Development Consultant, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to identify key learning solutions. Your focus will be on analysing learning needs and managing vendor partnerships. You will drive impactful programs that empower employees and contribute to the company’s culture of growth.

**DUTIES**
- Collaborate with the Learning & Talent Development Manager to implement tailored learning solutions aligned with business needs
- Develop targeted learning solutions, covering areas like training needs analysis, instructional design, and training delivery logistics
- Manage relationships with vendors to deliver impactful Learning & Development solutions
- Lead and manage hands-on execution of designated programs, ensuring tangible results

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Proven experience in developing and delivering Learning & Development content, including leadership development.
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to craft effective solutions
- Strong skills in needs analysis, consulting, negotiation, and facilitation
- Experience in eLearning delivery or instructional design is a plus
- Familiarity with LMS management is beneficial
