
Receptionist/administration Officer

**About Us**:
Grease and Oil is a privately owned mechanic workshop dedicated to providing reliable service and honest advice to our customers.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is ready to jump in and become an integral part of our team.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Meet and greet customers during vehicle drop off and collection
- Manage all incoming phone calls
- Book vehicles in for servicing
- Assist the team with invoice creation and ordering of equipment and parts
- Data entry and general administration
- Manage our Socials (we have recently moved and rebranded and need to get things happening again)
**Skills and Experience**:
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred but not essential)
