Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Artarmon, NSW for an Administration / Sales Support professional. The role involves performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, managing documentation, processing orders, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and providing regular reports on sales activities and performance.

Your role will include answering the telephone and taking messages, general administration duties, MYOB data entry including but not limited to processing customer sales orders / enquiries, reconciliation, invoicing clients, stock levels check, purchasing, overseas ordering and monitoring. Duties will also include processing payments, emailing client order confirmations, responding to emails, lead sheet data entry and assistance with marketing material preparation. Sales support to our account managers including but not limited to emails, some sample preparation and dispatch, project pricing enquiries and quotations. You also will be required to work as part of a team, maintain a safe working environment and implement best practices.

Qualifications


• Minimum 2-3 years Administration / Sales support experience


• MYOB proficiency


• CRM experience
