**Job description**

3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master with a strong background of delivering technology-focused projects
- Highly Desirable capability/ experience:

- Data warehouse
- Business Intelligence
- Data migration

System segregation Stream Projects:

- CXM, Cognos, Tableau, Domino, Collibra, D&AI Bank & Reg Reporting Demonstrable experience in supporting the delivery of large and complex IT projects.
- Ability to build a strong effective team to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to plan for the short-term whilst understanding the longer-term view Able to organise, prioritise, implement, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilisation of technical and business resources, to achieve project objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritising and time allocation Rapidly develop trust and credibility with senior stakeholders including strong facilitation & communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with a constructive and collaborative style.
- Excellent problem solving - ability to seek out information and break down problems and situations into simple lists of components.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) -ability to take the lead to influence and drive a strategic view, while explaining information, coherently and confidently at all levels.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $120,000.01 - $145,014.12 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
