DXC Consulting has an opening for a Scrum Master to be based in Brisbane. This role will oversee projects / products for DXC clients. The Scrum Master will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and will be highly organised, dynamic, outcome-oriented with excellent delivery management skills. The Scrum Master is responsible for enabling teams to deliver high quality outcomes, to remove obstacles or blockers to progress and facilitate project meetings.

**What you will do**:

- Report on developments, celebrating successes, and defining, understanding, and resolving roadblocks, as well as DevOps management and capacity planning
- Create a high-performance self-managing dynamic team
- Create productive working relationships in programs with a large and diverse stakeholder group
- Lead and moderate workshops with and for clients
- Share your knowledge and expertise with your team and the people around you
- Adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment

**What you will bring to the role**:

- 5 years + Scrum Master experience
- Working knowledge in Scrum and the Agile methodologies, with the ability to coach team members in Agile mindset and practices
- Experience facilitating Agile/ Scrum related activities such as stand-ups, sprint retrospectives and squad testing hypotheses on an experiment type basis
- Experience working across various Data platforms/ Datawarehouse solutions and DevOps
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage and monitor delivery against the program roadmap
- Capable of removing impediments and blockers as well as identify dependencies and risks and escalate these issues where appropriate
- Able to adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment
- Possess a range of skills in using a variety of planning tools, i.e. JIRA, Azure, etc. or the ability to acquire these
