Wolff Coffee Roasters is a family owned specialty coffee roaster located in Hendra.

We are seeking a highly experienced Cafe Manager/College of Coffee Educator within our organisation that has knowledge in speciality coffee and a demonstrated ability to provide our customers with the highest quality coffee experience.

As the Cafe Manager & College of Coffee Educator you will be responsible for
- Coordinating and managing the entire operation of the Cafe including scheduling shifts,
- Improving sales of the Cafe and growing the College of Coffee business
- Analyse sales data and manage KPI’s in line with growth targets
- In coordination with our marketing team, organise marketing events and promotional activities
- Generate detailed daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on sales, staff, and profitability
- Manage budgets and execute plans for department sales, product purchases and staff development
- Plan and execute all beverage recipes and coordinate with kitchen chefs on food menus
- Provide a high level of customer support and lead by example
- Overseeing stock levels and placing the orders well in advance
- Responsible for recruiting, training and motivating staff and monitoring performance
- Maintain high standard of quality hygiene, compliant with food, health and safety guidelines
- Schedule and run educational coffee courses to all customers
- Laise with Head Coffee Roaster in sourcing product knowledge on all existing and new coffee blends

Skills & Education
- Minimum of 3 years experience within the coffee industry
- Multi-tasking abilities that help them coordinate different sections in the Cafe & College of Coffee.
- Inventiveness in introducing new ideas that can increase sales
- Fluent communication and social skills to interact with customers and staff on all levels
- Skilled in recruiting, training and developing all staff
- Proficient in handling administration and paperwork
- Hold a degree in Hospitality Management, People Management or Business and Leadership degree

Salary will be between $70,000-$75,000

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
