**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the IT Helpdesk Team Leader, the Helpdesk Officer will be responsible for providing end user support, hardware deployment, logging of service requests, escalations and resolutions.

Flexible working arrangements can be available for students currently studying.

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

- Level 1 (or Level 1-2 depending on experience) support services for Windows OS/desktop/laptop/IOS clients and other IT systems.
- Support hardware & OS deployment (laptops, monitors, phones etc)
- User onboarding, change requests and offboarding support
- Manage system access including logins and passwords for users
- Create end user documentation
- Ensure all IT requests are correctly logged, categorised and activities recorded

- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A strong service ethic
- Ability to work as part of a small team

The following skills are an advantage:

- Experience in a similar IT support role
- Knowledge of provisioning users in Microsoft's Active Directory/Exchange/Office 365.
- Active Directory and Group Policy management
- Experience building and deploying hardware
- Experience with ticketing systems
