Your Role

As our CRM Specialist / Digital Marketer, you will be the engine behind our customer engagement strategy. You will work across departments to ensure our CRM platforms are optimised, automated, and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage our HubSpot CRM system across sales and marketing.
• Design and implement automation workflows to nurture leads and improve customer journeys.
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Support digital marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and online visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with strategic objectives.

What You will Bring

• 2+ years' experience in CRM or digital marketing roles
• Intermediate proficiency in HubSpot (sales & marketing modules)
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Full working rights in Australia
• Eligibility to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Advertising (highly regarded)
