Additionally, you will be required to lead and (further) develop a high-performance team, foster a 'Can Do’ culture, and continually challenge the status quo to drive business practice enhancement.
- As a General Manager within the enterprise, some of the core/further responsibilities include:_
- Leading the development and execution of their product strategy/roadmap (approx 35 headcount within current environment)
- Optimising resources in line with deliverable priorities - full P&L accountability associated.
- Drive blue-sky initiatives that cover a massively diverse range of sectors. Both across commercial and government.
- Ability to manage, mentor and further drive high performing, cross functional groups of professionals.
- A track record of driving the above incentives within an enterprise group.

With a partial roadmap in place for the forthcoming 5 years, this opening sits at the forefront of further piecing together a product suite(s) to help the business break through the $1+billion ARR mark.
