The Group General Manager - Specialised Products is responsible for developing the strategy to effectively manage TechnologyOne’s specialised product portfolio and drive our market reach and share. As Group General Manager you will play a key role in developing and driving the Specialised Product strategy and obtain consensus on product strategies and priorities to deliver consistent business growth and profitability aligned with TechnologyOne’s strategy.

This exciting new role is critical for this vision. The Group General Manager - Specialised Products is responsible for developing the strategy to effectively manage TechnologyOne’s specialised product portfolio and drive our market reach and share.

As Group General Manager you will play a key role in developing and driving the Specialised Product strategy and obtain consensus on product strategies and priorities to deliver consistent business growth and profitability aligned with TechnologyOne’s strategy.

**What you’ll be doing**

Reporting to our Chief Technology Officer, your focus will be to provide strategic direction and leadership to the cross functional product teams with a laser sharp focus on consistently delivering the highest quality products and vertical solutions.

In this key leadership role, your responsibilities will also include:

- Role modelling and building our unique culture - the TechnologyOne Way, Leadership Model and Compelling Customer Experience.
- Working effectively with the CTO to lead change and create a culture of continuous improvement.
- Providing guidance, mentoring and leadership to ensure the specialised product leadership team uses best practice approaches to effectively channel resources and organisational capability to deliver on strategic objectives.
- Understanding market trends and the competitive landscape, using well developed industry knowledge to strategically direct product development and release management.
- Consistently providing clear and commercial product positioning through effectively partnering with the SLT and other Streams to generate compelling product collateral, training and promotional materials.

**What you’ll need**

As our Group General Manager for Specialised Products, you’ll know what it takes to deliver strategic leadership. You will possess:

- Demonstrated experience successfully developing and executing against product roadmaps to deliver highly commercial Software and SaaS solutions.
- Expert understanding of product life cycle from product conception, qualification, market release, production through to discontinuance.
- Proven successful experience in a senior leadership role in a medium ASX listed company with a strong track record of successful transformational leadership and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead large high-performing teams across dispersed geographic locations.
