We have a newly created role for an Executive Support Officer to join our head office team based in Huntingwood, NSW. You will provide support to the Managing Director - AUS & NZ and Director of Sales AUS & NZ on day-to-day administrative tasks and management of calendars and meetings. We are looking for an organized individual with strong administrative experience.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
Your responsibilities:

- Provide support in all areas of admin to the Senior Management Team
- Collect information to prepare and develop of presentations internally and externally
- Draft internal and external communications on behalf of the Senior Management Team

Requirements for success:

- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to organize and multitask
- High levels of professionalism and confidentiality
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
