Join our dynamic team as a Receptionist/ Administration Assistant at our Huntingwood Head Office In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with our Executive Administrator, utilising your exceptional organisational and communication skills to manage a variety of administrative tasks. We are open to negotiating a part-time schedule, which could suit around school hours, etc.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- The face of the Huntingwood Head Office. Meet people as they arrive at site
- Assist the Executive Assistant in preparing for meetings, audits, and on site events
- Manage the ordering of stationery and amenities for Huntingwood
- Point of contact for on-site contractors
- Handle photocopying, laminating, and binding tasks as they arise
- Manage filing and record-keeping efficiently
- Assist management with various tasks as needed
- Reconcile data for inclusion in reports

To be considered applicants **MUST** have:

- Minimum 2 years previous similar experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- High attention to detail
- Be flexible and bring a positive work ethic
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work autonomously
