JFT Japan Foods Trading Pty. Ltd. is one of the oldest and largest Japanese food importers and distributors in Victoria, located in Rowville.

We are looking for a Full-time Office Admin Assistant at our NEW modern office. If you have a passion and are looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic and exciting environment, we encourage you to apply

**Main Role Description**:

- Creating Sales orders and invoices
- Data Entry
- Customer Service
- Office related ad hoc duties which assigned by department head
- 7:00am - 15:00pm during Monday - Friday (No weekend)

**Skills and Attributes required**:

- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Bright personality with excellent communication skills - English is a must
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively within it
- An interest and/or knowledge in Japanese food products is advantageous
- A great can-do attitude
- Fresh graduate and returned from work will be considered
- Full working rights in Australia are required: Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Working Holiday Visa holders. **Please note: This position requires a minimum commitment of AT LEAST ONE YEAR**:

- Able to commute to Rowville, located about 1 hour by public transport or 30-40 minutes by car from Melbourne CBD
