**About the Role**:
We are currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly engaged and passionate Sales Coordinator (Reporting to the State Operations Manager) to support the Victorian Sales Team. The role is based from our Rowville office.

This is a fast paced and varied role that encompasses Reporting, Admin Support, Office Management, OH&S, Expenditure Support and Event Management.

**What your day looks like**:

- Office reporting and management - Field reporting, payroll, general data entry
- Support Management with the processing of invoices, tracking monthly expenses and budgets
- Organising event management and travel
- Completing OH&S responsibilities, participating in OHS meetings, documenting minutes, reporting and recording incidents
- Coordination of administrative tasks for a medium size sales team
