We only hire the **best people** and are looking for the best Junior Service Desk professional in Brisbane to join our growing team, supporting our many customers' technical environments. On days in the office, you will be working from our Ann St office which boast great access to public transport, high quality snacks provided weekly and a fantastic team

**Duties**
- Providing remote and occasional desk-side support for customer environments
- Delivering the support of Apple, M365, Azure, VMware and Citrix-based cloud infrastructure
- Performing a wide variety of client facing support across many technologies
- Working with highly experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environment

**Requirements**:

- A good understanding of end user support and Active Directory
- Good general knowledge of macOS, Windows Server, M365 and Azure
- A general knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking principles
- Experience working with an IT outsourcer or managed service provider (MSP)
- Experience with Connectwise, Labtech, and/or Solarwinds Orion (Desired)
