**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for two Despatch & Logistics Technicians to join on a part-time permanent basis. Your role is to ensure operations and logistics for the distribution of our testing materials runs smoothly & efficiently.

Working in a Despatch/ office environment, you will do hands on / light physical duties and administration. Join our small team based in Tullamarine, which works closely with our New Zealand Head Office.

Hours: You can do any time between 8:30am and 3pm, Monday to Friday. You can pick your set number of hours per week - min 8 hours and max 27 hours per week. Must be able to work Tuesday and/or Wednesdays, as those are our busiest days of the week.

**Key Duties**:

- Sort samples and split bulk products into smaller sizes.
- Pack sample-sets matched with appropriate documentation for despatching to client laboratories.
- Warehousing and stock management.
- Document preparation and administration tasks.
- Loading boxes in vehicles for delivery and also occasionally using a work car to pick up or drop off stock from customer sites.
- Keeping the work area tidy.

**Key Requirements**:

- Prior Despatch & Logistics administration or similar experience is ideal.
- Perfect role for a person that likes to do tasks to a high standard, completes tasks with keen attention to detail and within deadline and is a reliable team player.
- Great problem-solving skills, initiative, and ability to keep working productively when unsupervised is essential.
- Must have a full driver's licence and be capable of doing physical duties, including lifting boxes of up to 14 kgs.
- Friendly person with strong English verbal communication skills.
