**Despatch Clerk - Dandenong, VIC**

At Visy, we love solving problems. And that’s something we do better together. We’re looking for a **Despatch Clerk** to join our Visy Board team in Dandenong and help keep our busy distribution operations running smoothly.

**About the opportunity**

Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day office activities in the despatch area. This includes:

- Allocating and assigning loads to vendors and preparing daily despatch reports
- Invoicing outgoing product and processing goods inwards/outwards
- Managing CHEP and Loscam pallet movements and reconciliation
- Scanning, sorting and filing PODs, NCRs and related documentation
- Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records in the WMS
- Coordinating with forklift drivers, contract carriers and customer service to ensure safe and on-time deliveries

This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail, strong organisation and clear communication are essential.

**What you will bring to the team**
- Experience in despatch, logistics administration or a similar transport environment
- Knowledge of CHEP/Loscam pallet systems and basic WMS processes
- Strong Excel and computer skills, with excellent data entry accuracy
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
