As the Service Delivery Coordinator/Manager, you will be responsible for working with business stakeholders and technical representatives to achieve contracted SLAs for services delivered as a managed services and infrastructure support services provider, and to further develop and grow long-term, strong client relationships. As well as the focus being ‘client management - service delivery’ your role will also be involved in selling infrastructure support services solutions.

Key responsibilities:

- Service a portfolio of key clients
- Build strong relationships with clients across all levels
- Have a reliable and proactive approach to identify issues that may arise, followed through with a conclusion
- Take ownership of critical incidents and coordinate resolution with all parties
- Report on the overall performance of the managed service and/or support services, and take responsibility for implementing corrective actions where required
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements
- Take accountability for service delivery performance, exceeding client expectations and drive future demand
- Support Sales in presenting support solutions and deliver capabilities to prospective Clients

Skills & Experience:

- Previous experience in the Telecommunications industry in a customer-centric role
- A track record in successfully achieving/exceeding operational goals with multiple customers
- Good understanding of ICT Voice and Networking infrastructure would be advantageous
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to deliver to multiple audiences
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for continuous process improvement
- Possess strong influence & negotiation skills

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
