**Scope of Task**:
Army maintains a few bespoke communications systems and services with unique requirements. A need has been identified for a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) with a strong ITIL and Agile background to support the maturation of a service delivery organisation aligned to industry best practise.

This position requires the individual to work on site at HMAS _Harman_, ACT during the units working hours (0800 - 1700) but alternate working hours are negotiable.

**Evaluation Criteria**:
Submissions will be evaluated against the following criteria:

- Demonstrated experience (in relation to the Scope of Task, required skillsets and experience) to undertake the support services successfully.
- Demonstrated qualifications to complete the Scope of Task.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with Defence stakeholders including ADF, APS, and contractors.
- Value for money of the tendered solution and pricing structure, including the proposed payment schedule submitted.
- An interview with the potential applicants may be required prior to selection.
- Demonstrated experience in leading in an Agile environment and working with Agile support systems eg ServiceNow, Atlassian.
- A qualification in Agile methodology is desirable.

**Days/hours worked.**
The Maximum billable days for FY24/25 is 220 days. The maximum billable hours for each day shall be eight hours, with a maximum claim of 40 hours per week. If a requirement to work beyond 8 hours is required and agreed to by a Commonwealth Representative, these hours are to be offset against another day. E.g. working a shorter day where appropriate.

**Extension Options (Applicable for Contract Duration greater than six months)**:
Three x 12 Month extension options may be offered at Defence’s discretion based upon funds availability, ongoing requirements and contractor performance.

**Security Clearance(s) required for personnel working on this Task**:
NV2, PV preferred.
