Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. This is a temporary 9-month contract opportunity for someone who can partner with us to drive recruitment and training initiatives.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships, identifying talent needs, and developing effective recruitment strategies to meet our hiring goals. Key responsibilities include sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles and levels, as well as focusing on partnering with our people leaders to build individual and team competencies through developing and implementing joint training plans.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in either talent acquisition or training
  • Formal qualifications in TA, HR, or Training
  • Ability to build rapport and assess stakeholder needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
