Are you a people-person with strong sales instincts and a passion for helping international students succeed? **Eureka Institute of Management** is looking for a dynamic and driven **Marketing Executive/Officer** to join our multicultural team and support our growth in international education.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for international student enrolments.
- Promote all VET courses, including CHC, Hospitality and Management (BSB).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international education agents and prospective students.
- Manage student leads, enquiries, and provide tailored counselling and course advice.
- Support agency agreements, documentation, and internal CRM updates.
- Plan and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Represent Eureka at education expos, networking events, and partner meetings.
- Oversee social media presence and promotional materials.
- Provide ongoing support to international students throughout their study journey.
- Experience in **sales**, **marketing**, or **student recruitment** (ideally in the education/RTO/CRICOS sector).
- Excellent **communication** and **cross-cultural relationship-building** skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet enrolment KPIs.
- Well-organised with strong time management and admin skills.
- Social media marketing experience is highly valued.
- Knowledge of international student visa and compliance requirements is a bonus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
