Our client is a family owned business with a strong dedication to producing the finest wines through innovation, curiosity and most of all passion. As a family run business, our client has achieved outstanding success in growing, making and selling beautiful boutique wines produced from one of the most picturesque vineyards in Victoria.

Reporting directly to the CEO, our client is looking to appoint a Sales & Marketing Manager to build the company brand by developing, leading and executing all sales and marketing initiatives. This is an opportunity to directly impact the sustainability of their premium Winery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with distributors throughout Australia and assist them to achieve sales revenue targets and ongoing sales growth
- Be responsible for driving and overseeing all Direct to Consumer Sales
- Provide marketing collateral to the regional sales person
- Oversee and manage the company CRM and ensure all client information is up to date and accurate
- Develop strategies to increase patronage and sales through the Cellar Door
- Organise and oversee the execution of regular events for the Winery based on business goals
- Grow membership of the Wine Club by introducing creative and engaging promotional activities

Key Attributes
- Prior experience in a senior sales and marketing role in the wine industry is highly desirable; or broader liquor industry exposure
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- An understanding and experience in driving D2C sales
- Strong drive, passion and motivation for outcomes
- Proven track record in setting and achieving sales budgets
- Team oriented although able to work autonomously

This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced Sales & Marketing executive to drive the success of a premium boutique wine portfolio with a forward thinking attitude. Flexible working arrangements are on offer. It is likely this person will split their time between a home office, out in the trade and time at the Winery.
