As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing and branding requirements of a large, growing company with operations across Australia and New Zealand.

The role is part of a fast-paced, busy team, based in Melbourne. Developing and executing campaigns from start to finish, the role includes the full marketing mix of:

- Digital marketing
- Videography projects
- Producing and publishing content, contribute to content library
- Managing stakeholders including C-Suite, Operations, Contract Manager, Commercial teams
- Social media, SEO, search engine marketing (SEM), blogs, events
- Internal and external campaigns
- Marketing automation

You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing Teams, gaining exposure to all facets of Marketing with a fast-paced and innovative B2B brand.
- Experience with Hubspot and InDesign preferred (or similar) and MS Office suite
- Exposure to Adobe Creative suite, website content management systems, Google Analytics and Google AdWords etc. preferred
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to produce engaging written content across blogs, search ads, social media, website and electronic communication
- Experience dealing with general management, sales, bids, agency, vendors, operations and other stakeholders
- Confident in supporting the Marketing Manager in implementing the marketing plan

Preferred Background:

- 2-5+ Years of successful marketing experience
- Excellent understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing
- Strong project management skills - planning, execution, issue resolution, and control
- Demonstrable experience of written content
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
