**The opportunity**
The **Time and Attendance Lead **is responsible for leading a team of Kronos Administrators and Advisors within our Primary Connect Time and Attendance team. The team is responsible for the delivery of time and attendance data to Payroll to ensure team members are paid accurately and on time. As the Lead, you will also work within our Payroll Chapter to develop, embed and champion strategies to build best-in-class capabilities across our Primary Connect teams.
**Key responsibilities**
- Delivering the timely and accurate Kronos time and attendance files for all Distribution Centres and related pay-impacting processes
- Contributing to the strategic direction of time and attendance capture and processing in line with business needs
- Leading Kronos administration teams to deliver quality solutions and ensuring that output is compliant with relevant legislation and EA’s and aligns with Group requirements
- Supporting the implementation of key system requirements and ongoing programme of payroll improvement activity in the process, people and system changes.
- Driving the delivery of great team experiences through timely case resolution and partnering with business stakeholders
- Communicating with and influencing stakeholders on all levels, as well as collaborating to ensure effective prioritisation of business requirements
- Identifying, resolving and/or escalating issues and incidents with the potential to impact pay accuracy
- Developing talent pathways and succession planning
**Experience required**
- Leadership experience, in managing Payroll, HR or service teams
- Proven experience working with time and attendance data in large complex organisations
- Strong working knowledge and experience using Kronos **_highly desirable _**:
- Solid understanding of end-to-end payroll process
- Experience with SAP / SuccessFactors or alternatively other relevant large ERP solutions desirable
