We are searching for a motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at **Sofitel Hotel** located in the heart of Brisbane City.

**Your main responsibilites**:

- Always ensure the highest level of customer service with a bright smile
- Supervises and trains Room Attendants
- Checks all rooms as Attendants report them clean.
- Ensure cleanliness of rooms, public areas and back of house
- Liaise between departments of the hotel to ensure clear communication and coordination
- Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety and report any potential health and safety hazards

**Requirement**:

- Previous housekeeping experience in a team leader or supervisor role
- Excellent work ethic and customer service skills
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Demonstrate leadership and collaborative team culture
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
