The opportunity
We are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to work as part of a growing marketing and employee experience team, making a big difference across our portfolio of brands and business units.
Working closely with the General Manager of Employer Brand, you will be responsible for developing recruitment marketing campaigns to build awareness and drive interest across all the brands in the APM Group. This is a critical role to support our talent attraction and recruitment efforts, across multiple APM portfolios and functions.
How your work will make a big difference
This is a full time, permanent role that can be based anywhere in Australia. You will work alongside a highly experienced and collaborative marketing and communication team, liaising with agencies and third-party recruitment platforms to improve campaign performance.
**In this role, you will**:
Support in developing engaging content to build awareness of APM Group and brands
Partner with the communications and broader marketing team to drive engagement and brand advocacy amongst current employees, as well as internal promotion of our employee referral programs
Help identify and leverage sponsorships, in partnership with agencies and our Corporate Affairs team, to drive awareness of APM brands and key messages with audiences aligned to the workforce plan

What you need to join APM
2-3 years professional experience in a digital marketing or communications role desired
Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related qualification desirable
Exceptional ability to work collaboratively within a multi-location, remote team environment
Competent in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new programs and business systems/platforms with ease
