We are located in the heart of the Perth CBD, with easy access to public transport and all amenities, and our second campus is located in Sydney.

**Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)**

**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**:

- Identify new market trends, short
- and long-term market forecasts and provide valuable ideas to support the college in achievement of recruitment targets.
- Undertake market research, identify market potential, and assist to create market plan to attract new international student recruitment from Onshore Market.
- Maximizing the effectiveness of institutional relationships, representing the college at international student recruitment activities, and providing ongoing customer and market insights.
- Assist in the coordination and forward planning of the colleges marketing strategies, implementing new promotional/branding opportunities.
- Supporting business development and growth with the formulation and implementation of marketing goals.
- Using data driven marketing to optimize lead generation and convert sales opportunities.
- Supporting business development and growth with the formulation and implementation of marketing goals.

- Work with other marketing specialist in maintaining of all social media platforms.
- Prepare and oversee monthly marketing reports for onshore market.
- Prepare and oversee yearly marketing reports for onshore market.
- Analysing the report from various sources and using the data to improve recruitment of international students from Australia onshore.
- Assist offshore marketing campaign when necessary.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE TO:

- Need 2 years of proven experience in the education sector
- Experience in international student recruitment is preferred
- Digital marketing skills is preferred
- Need to have impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Have an eye for emerging trends and innovation.
- A confident and natural leader with strong influencing skills.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perth, WA 6000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
