**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

Based in a vibrant suburb in Sydney's Inner City, jump into this established architectural studio and begin working on a range of exciting and unique residential apartment and commercial mixed-use buildings. Further your experience in the documentation of numerous projects at various stages of the process including DA and CC, with the opportunity to also obtain exposure to the design stage and project coordination.

**DUTIES.**
- Prepare detailed documentation packages at DA and CC
- Implement Australian Building Codes and Regulations in line with LEP & DCP
- Attend client meetings and liaise with relevant stakeholders

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
- High competency in Revit
- Previous experience on Class 2 residential projects
