Architectural Graduate

Permanent Sydney Full-Time

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Graduate to join our Sydney studio. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality projects across multi-residential, mixed-use, and hospitality sectors, while developing your skills and progressing your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of multi-residential, mixed-use, and hospitality projects, with a focus on research, feasibility, and early design stages
  • Assist with the preparation of return briefs, reports, and cost estimates
  • Develop design presentations and deliver them to clients and stakeholders
  • Support design development and documentation using Revit and BIM workflows
  • Provide input on construction materials, selections, and costs
  • Ensure compliance with the NCC, Australian Standards, and other relevant codes
  • Participate in site inspections and project coordination to ensure design integrity and technical accuracy

About You

You are an enthusiastic graduate with a strong design sensibility and an eye for detail. You enjoy working collaboratively, are keen to take initiative, and are motivated to keep learning and developing your professional skills.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Master's degree in architecture
  • Around 2 years of post-graduate professional experience in design or delivery phases
  • Proficiency in Revit, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workloads to meet deadlines
  • Collaborative approach and strong communication skills
  • A growth mindset with a genuine interest in expanding your expertise across project phases
