**About our Projects**

We have a huge variety of incredible projects ranging from the Sydney Opera House and the Australian War Memorial to award-winning sustainability projects. In the new year, we have some exciting new projects including build to rent, commercial, residential and mixed-use urban renewal projects.

You will be part of the architecture team, a group of intelligent, creative, and dedicated individuals. We are a multi-disciplinary team at Scott Carver, so you will also be working closely with the director’s interior designers, landscape architects, the marketing team, and the people & culture team. Doug Southwell and Nicholas Bandounas, the directors of Architecture, lead with a progressive approach to design, collaborative work environment, and workplace flexibility. The work is fast-paced, so we are looking for people who love figuring stuff out, think big picture but are also across the detail, and is always looking for opportunities to drive amazing design.

**About you**

You are a Graduate of Architecture who is who is a great all-rounder and can work independently. You will be a talented designer but have good technical skills. You will be someone that can jump from one job to another with ease. You love working as part of the team and across design and delivery stages. You enjoy working in both a broad multi-disciplinary environment while part of the smaller team. We are primarily interested in your passion for the industry, your great ideas, and love for what you do. Oh, and a sense of humour is a must
