The role is perfect for someone who can assist in delivering architectural projects at various phases from the conceptual design phase through to completion of the project. You will also assist the project delivery at construction stage. As an outcome-driven individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills, you'll thrive in this fast-paced environment.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Assist team leader in delivering architectural projects at various stages
- Utilize advanced skills in REVIT, SketchUp, Indesign, and Enscape to produce high-quality designs
- Communicate effectively with consultants, local councils and clients
- Ensure compliance with building codes and standards, including BCA, ADG, LEP and DCP
- Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders
- Continuously keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technology, and innovations
- Assist in the development of project bids, including the production of design and technical documentation
- Contribute to the improvement of office-wide systems, processes, and workflows.

**How to apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Revit: 3 years (preferred)
- SketchUp: 3 years (preferred)
- post graduate architectural: 1 year (preferred)
