An excellent **Full time**, **Permanent** career opportunity has arisen for an experienced **Leading Hand On Highway** to join our team in our Hazelmere Branch. You will be leading and coaching our technicians in repair routines promoting safety and quality in all aspects of the workshop environment and providing input into training and development areas. Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

- General supervision of and responsibility of workshop repairs that aim to meet customer schedules and maximise resource availability and capability.
- Promote productivity and efficiency improvements with all technicians to maximise profitability and efficiency with a focus on customer satisfaction by way of working towards achieving customer schedules for return of vehicles.
- Oversee job Reports to ensure accurate recording of tasks completed.
- Participate in the orderly development of Work Instructions.
- Debrief with Service Manager and Service Advisors on job progress.

**About You**:

- Appropriate Trade qualification.
- Experience of at least 5 years in the Heavy Vehicle repair is preferred.
- Knowledge of industry and locality, and ability to motivate the team.
- Sound technical knowledge and experience in Man, Wester Star and Dennis Eagle product is desirable.
- Effective time management and Leadership skills is required.
- Understanding of labour sales, labour costs, gross margin, expenses and other financial ratios.
- Team player who will adhere to and promote the Company's Values & Behaviours.
