EGM are working with Partnered Health on the recruitment for their Head of People and Culture; a newly created role that will support the business by providing contemporary human resources leadership and guidance to ensure best practice people and commercial outcomes.

**About the Company**
Partnered Health was established in 2013. The group is made up of a number of established businesses that have been delivering health services to over five million people for more than 25 years. Their brands include Jobfit Health Group, Partnered Health Medical Centres, Baseline Onsite, Fuel Your Life, Northcare Physio and New View Psychology.

**About the Role**
This role has been created to provide additional leadership to the People and Culture team and strategic support to the business. In this role you will be responsible for shaping and executing the organisations human resources and cultural strategies.

The key responsibilities will be:

- Strategy Development: Create forward strategy across all business units to address changes in the industrial relations landscape.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Lead by example with wider business collaboration and
the hiring process.
- Employee Development: Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies to promote a high performing and
continuous learning culture.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee the performance management process and systems, including providing guidance and coaching to leaders.
- Culture and Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement, including developing DEI programs.
- Employee Relations: Managing risks and compliance with conflicts and grievances.
- Benefits and Compensation: Design and implement a business wide compensation and benefits program.

**About You**
