**What You’ll do**

As the Brand and Strategy Lead, you will be the architect of our brand's destiny, entrusted with the mission of building and elevating our brand equity while steering its growth. Collaborating closely with the dynamic Insights, Brand and Strategy team, you'll be at the forefront of crafting compelling brand narratives and developing marketing strategies that captivate our audience and drive conversion and loyalty.
- Fuel your immense curiosity about shoppers, leveraging data to uncover actionable insights that inform strategic guidance.
- Cultivate and enhance brand equity for all brands in our portfolio through robust CVPs and impactful brand identities.
- Grant approval for the execution of brand assets in stores, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence.
- Lead the creation of an annual marketing strategy aligned with company and brand goals, target audiences, and brand propositions.
- Foster long-term community and partnership strategies, nurturing mutually beneficial relationships.
- Fuel your immense curiosity about shoppers, leveraging data to uncover actionable insights that inform strategic guidance.

**What You’ll bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business.
- 10+ years' experience in insights, brand management, and/or marketing.
- Preferably retail or FMCG marketing experience.
- Strategic Brand Management expertise.
- Proven success in building brand equity with distinctive CVPs and assets.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovations in marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
