**What is the role?**

In this role, you will be actively managing a small team to assist with patient issues working with providers to ensure they receive the best care possible.

Your duties will include:

- Patient introductions and answering phone calls
- Assist Patients with Payment Plans and work with their insurance companies.
- Managing a small front office team to meet KPI
- Managing patient records and assists providers in patient followups.
- Understand and develop front-office processes and policies.
- Assist GPs for daily tasks
- Working with Senior Management to achieve organizational goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need
- Excellent Communicator to all levels both internally and patient-facing.
- Great Organisation skills and ability to multitask
- Able to support each team member to deliver
- Attention to detail
- Flexible and willing to learn
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
