Accounts Payable Administrator required for an ongoing temporary opportunity, for a leading WA business based in Perth CBD.

Our client, a leading WA business is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join their busy team based in the CBD. This is a long-term temporary opportunity, to support their AP team with the day to day running of the accounts payable function.

Role: Accounts Payable Administrator

Location: Perth CBD

Hours: 38 hours per week, Mon - Fri (flex)

**Key accountabilities will include but not limited to**:

- Inputting supplier invoices
- Supplier reconciliations
- Setting up new suppliers
- Managing internal and external queries professionally and resolving in a timely manner
- Ad hoc duties as required

**Qualifications and skills required**:

- Strong Knowledge and experience of SAP is **essential**:

- Knowledge of general accounting principles.
- Capable of accurately processing high volumes of invoices
- Good numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal, organization and time management skills are essential
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, determine priorities and organise work to meet objectives and deal with issues.
