Purchasing and Accounts Payable Administrator

Seeking a proactive administrator to take ownership of purchasing and accounts payable functions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the purchasing process: create requisitions, manage orders, and set up vendors.
  • Keep things moving, respond to supplier queries, receipt goods and invoices, and ensure compliance.
  • Support the finance team with client billing, month-end journals, and ad hoc tasks.
  • Help maintain accurate reporting and healthy accounts payable practices.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace by following health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administration.
  • Familiarity with SAP (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of project accounting in operations or maintenance settings.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
