Accounts Payable Officer based in Osborne Park. This is a permanent, full-time role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of finance and administration tasks and is looking to contribute to a supportive and down-to-earth office environment.
This is a hands-on role that will see you managing a range of accounts payable duties alongside general office support. You9ll be working closely with directors and managers to ensure smooth daily operations while keeping everything organised and running efficiently.
Responsibilities- Processing invoices, matching purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records in the accounting system
- Responding to supplier and subcontractor queries via phone and email
- Preparing payments, reconciling creditor accounts, and managing remittance advice
- Supporting with purchase order management and invoice analysis across journal accounts
- Handling kitchen duties, mail collection, archiving, and general administrative tasks as rostered
- Assisting with parcel packaging and shipping, spreadsheet maintenance, and banking tasks
- Providing backup support across admin functions and processing credit applications
- Previous experience in an accounts payable role
- Solid knowledge of invoice processing and reconciliations
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive and helpful approach to day-to-day support tasks
- Experience using accounting software packages
