**Be the Face of Our Campus Full-Time Administration Assistant - Joondalup**

**Industry Skills Training (IST)** is a leading Registered Training Organisation with three vibrant campuses across the Perth metropolitan area. We’re on the lookout for a confident, polished, and proactive **Campus Support Officer** to be the welcoming face of our **Joondalup** campus.

** Location**: Joondalup
** Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 5:00pm

**About the Role**

As the first point of contact for students, visitors, and staff, you’ll set the tone for a positive and professional campus experience. This is more than just a reception role you’ll be the heartbeat of our campus operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Warmly greeting students and visitors with professionalism and a smile
- Providing administrative support to our training and support teams
- Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the reception and common areas
- Handling data entry, filing, and record keeping with accuracy
- Assisting with invoice follow-ups and basic accounts support
- Supporting day-to-day campus operations and general admin tasks
- Previous experience in administration or customer service (RTO experience a bonus)
- A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
