We are looking for a **Dental Assistant-Receptionist** who is passionate, dedicated and customer centric to work in our practice. We are a solid, stable team looking to expand our team as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes.

**Available Monday, Thursday and Friday**

**Dental Experience is required for the role**

**The Heart of the Role**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

**What you'll bring**:

- Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Dental Assisting Experience is required
- Cert III in Dental Assisting is preferred
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Organised with attention to detail
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
- ‘Can do’ attitude
