Located in the vibrant suburb of Joondalup, we offer a diverse range of services, including physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation, and hydrotherapy.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to provide vital administrative support. As the first point of contact for our practice, your role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient care.

**Your main duties will involve**:
- Overseeing reception services
- Managing appointments and diaries
- Maintaining the records and filing systems
- Managing the accounts systems, including expenses, invoices and receipts
- Managing the inventory and ordering office supplies
- Communicating with patients, health professionals and other stakeholders
- Managing Practice Management Software
**You must**:
- Be a fantastic communicator with a professional and calm manner
- Excel at multitasking and have a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Be efficient in time management and capable of prioritising and achieving goals effectively
- Possess exceptional computer literacy
- Be available for early mornings and closing shifts
- Have your own transport
- Maintain a professional presentation of self and work
- Be confident in handling sensitive patient information
**Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Experience**:
- Familiarity with HICAPS, insurance, Medicare, and DVA procedures
- Proficiency in Nookal Practice Management Software
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role within a medical environment
- Strong, verifiable references to be provided at the interview stage
Our opening hours are generally 7:30am - 5pm on weekdays. You will be scheduled to work within these times and must be available to take on any hours within this range. Your pay will be based on your level of experience and qualifications.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 15 per week
