We are looking for customer service superstars to join our growing HR Software Business, BrightHR. You will provide a world-class onboarding experience for our clients, making the most of our award-winning Software. You will assist in problem solving their enquires, arrange bookings with the specialist team and ongoing assistance with their account.
**BrightHR provides strong coaching and mentoring program for all employees. **As an entry level Bright Specialist, you will be supported and guided by your Team Leader to ensure you are being set up for continued success. Setting you up with the opportunity to move into a HR role.
You will be working across multiple systems and platforms so being comfortable with Excel and other technology use is crucial for this role. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is a requirement for this role.
