**About the Role**

Join our team as an Allied Health Workforce Clinical Educator on a part-time basis within the SECASA and Priority Population teams. If you are an experienced allied health clinician with a keen interest in education at the coalface, this role is for you This role will see you supporting the SECASA clinical team to maintain and further build capability and problem solve on the job. This role dually reports to SECASA and the WISER Unit with Supervision provided from both teams and Professional Governance from Head of Profession, Social Work.

Monash Health Allied Health employs over 3200 staff and hosts professional and assistant students annually. The WISER team supports education, professional practice, governance, grad program coordination, informatics, research and projects aligned to Allied Health at Monash Health.

**About You**

You have been developing your clincial education with at least seven years clinical practice experience, ideally in a public health setting and are ready to take this next step in your career. You lead by example, thrive working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and are truly passionate about delivering a high standard of evidence based care to all patients. You are an advocate of Monash Health’s Strategic Guiding Principles. You Are Also:

**Mandatory requirements of the role**:

- Allied health professional qualifications and eligibility for Peak Body membership
- Demonstrated seven years relevant clinical experience
- Australian working rights
- Have or working towards a relevant post graduate qualification
