Early Childhood Educator

Carlton Academy of Early Learning is a family-owned and operated, boutique early learning service. We are a 39 place Centre catering for children from 18 months to 6 years. We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced ECT, Diploma or Certificate III qualified Educators who are looking for their next permanent opportunity, part time would be considered for the right person. You will be working on a rotating roster.
ABOUT YOU:
- Full-Time/Part-time position
- Has in-depth understand and knowledge of NQF and EYLF
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to build respectful and reciprocal relationships with children and families
- Supportive team member that works to high standards and takes initiative
- Ongoing desire for development and growth. Driving continuous improvement of the Centre.
- A professional and ethical approach to all aspects of work
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
