**About the Venue**
The Beach House SQ is a recently refurbished, modern coastal tavern with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional dining and entertainment experiences.
- Capacity: Up to 500 guests
- Multi-faceted operation: vibrant bar, full-service dining, late-night offerings, and a cool DELI-style takeaway concept
- Exceptional bar: extensive back bar, rotating beer taps, and a thoughtfully curated wine list
- High foot traffic location in a premium waterfront precinct

**About You**
- Proven **venue or hospitality management experience** in a high-volume environment
- Strong **leadership and communication skills**:

- A hands-on approach to **training, coaching, and team development**:

- A focus on **service excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency**:

- Professional presentation and demeanor
- A current **Approved Manager’s Card** (essential)
- Food Safety Supervisor Certification also required
