**About us**:
Lot One Kitchen is a coastal eatery, currently trading breakfast and lunch 7 days a week and dinners Wednesday to Saturday. We serve top notch coffee & delicious food in the heart of Hillary’s.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service & consistency

**The Role**:
You will help create an awesome customer experience & keep things in order.

On a daily basis, you’ll supervise employees during your shift & make sure that they complete their tasks and are motivated to work effectively. You’ll share in responsibilities across the management team & have the opportunity to learn & up-skill.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily schedules & employees on shift
- Manage breaks on shift
- Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress
- Count cash at the end of the shift
- Train and integrate new workers
- Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed
- Handle customer and employee complaints on shifts that you manage
- Resolve conflicts between employees on shifts that he’s managing
- Assistance with venue management (stock ordering, training & mentoring)

**Experience & Requirements**:

- 2-years-experience, in a similar role
- Approved Managers card
- Barista experience preferred but can be trained
- Must be able to work either Friday or Saturday evenings (rotations available)

**Remuneration**:

- Negotiable pending experience & in line with Restaurant Award

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

- Australia (preferred)
