iPlay Australia is one of the leading “Amusement Centre Operators” in the Out-of-Home Entertainment Industry, offering its guests many unique and adrenaline-pumping experiences across several locations throughout Australia. iPlay Australia is continuously looking for bright and passionate new talent to bring to the team.

**About the Role**:
As the iPlay Whitfords Venue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the venue, including 8 lanes bowling alley, Baskin & Robins and Arcade Machines, with a strong focus on your local community actively promoting the venue in your local area, liaising with local businesses, Community and sporting groups. You will be a team player with positivity to drive your venue to success, taking guest experience to the next level

**About you**:

- Skill in managing the financial and physical resources associated with the Centre's operation.
- Must have the knowledge and ability to supervise and train personnel in various phases of the Bowling centre programs. Learning to prepare and maintain records and reports as required.
- Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures
- Minimum 5 years experience with hands-on management of the day-to-day operations of a multi-faceted business.
- Strong knowledge of general retail, hospitality and catering operations
- Strong financial understanding of controlling wages, operation costs, stock levels, and KPIs.
- Must be able to prioritise and work well under pressure.
- Must be a “people person” and be able to deal professionally with different personalities, both internal and external, to encourage personal development within the team.
- Able to proactively motivate and encourage you’re A-Team to drive sales and take the guest experience to the next level
- A Proactive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable work ethic with exceptional attention to detail.
- A positive approach with solid time management and prioritising skills.
- Flexible availability for shifts during the day, night and weekends.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
- Applied knowledge and passion for understanding OHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations

**Salary**: $55,717.27 - $65,000.00 per year
