**Duty Manager Required**

Lot One Kitchen is looking for an enthusiastic Manager to join our team

We are looking for a passionate and vibrant personality who knows the importance of being a team player and leading by example.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career, with this position being transitioned into an Assistant Venue Manager role in the next 6 months.

Lot One Kitchen is a coastal eatery, currently trading breakfast and lunch 7 days a week. and re-opening for evening dinners 3 nights per week. We serve top notch coffee & delicious food in the heart of Hillarys.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service & consistency

**About You**

You will be fun, flexible and able to think on your feet.

You will embody a positive can-do attitude and use initiative to solve problems by being part of the solutions.
- Hands on hospitality experience preferably in a café environment, with basic coffee skills (we have a great Barista team who can train you).
- Possess management or leadership skills & experience shown through your employment history.
- Ambition to learn, develop & progress your hospitality career.
- Full availability Friday and Saturday (with Sundays off)
- Must have (or being willing to obtain prior to employment) Approved Mangers Card

**The Role**:
**Duty Manager (Ideally Full Time)**

Your role will be to work closely with the Venue Manager & team to ensure smooth and successful operations across the Venue.

Some tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Stock ordering
- Staff management
- Managing bookings
- Basic admin duties

**Remuneration + Benefits**

This role is offering a $58,000 starting salary, negotiable depending on experience.

Free on-site parking.

50% on shift discount for meals, and free coffee.

On the job business training & involvement in the development of the business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
