McIlwain's has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant/administrator to join our team.

We are open to graduates with the right attitude and ability to learn

**The role**:

- Assisting with reconciliation and statements
- End of month processing
- Credit notes and adjustments
- Processing payroll
- Assisting contractors and subcontractors with enquiries
- Providing support to the accounts team

**You will have the following key attributes**:

- At least 1 years experience working in Accounts Payable or similar administration role
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work with suppliers and negotiate payment terms
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality

**Salary**: $50,530.92 - $79,127.51 per year

- Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
