**About the Role**

We’re looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to join our operations team in Hemmant. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that plays a key part in delivering restoration projects from initial call-out to final handover.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating job schedules, communicating with clients and technicians, maintaining accurate documentation, and keeping jobs running on time, within scope, and to standard. You’ll work closely with the admin team, field techs, and project managers to keep everything moving smoothly, especially during busy periods or storm events.

This role is ideal for someone who’s organised, practical, great with people, and not afraid to take ownership. You’ll be helping clients through some stressful situations, so the ability to stay calm and be solutions-focused is a must.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Coordination**
- Manage day to day restoration projects across multiple sites.
- Coordinate technician schedules, site access, equipment, and materials.
- Track job progress, flag issues early, and keep everything on schedule

**Client Communication**
- Be the go to contact for clients, insurers, and key stakeholders.
- Provide clear updates, manage expectations, and handle escalations with care.
- Maintain a professional, reassuring tone even when the pressure’s on.

**Team Support**
- Work closely with our admin and field teams to keep workflows smooth.
- Troubleshoot delays or challenges and step in to keep jobs moving.
- Offer input into improving systems, tools, and communication

**Documentation & Compliance**
- Keep job records accurate and up to date.
- Submit reports, compliance documents, and client correspondence as required.
- Help ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in a project coordination, site management, or operational support role. Ideally in restoration, construction, insurance, or a similar industry.
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Self-motivated, with excellent time management, a sense of urgency, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly and efficiently.
- Willingness to assist during major weather events (including weekends/public holidays, if required)
